Our client, located in the heart of Auckland's CBD, is offering an exciting stand-alone opportunity that reports directly to the Digital Enablement Manager. You’ll collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, content creators, and a broad network of stakeholders.
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- Proven capability and expertise in SEO and digital channels
- Natural initiative and curiosity
- A keen eye for spotting and solving areas for improvement across a variety of channels including website
Your strong analytical background and confident communication skills will allow you to deliver actionable insights that drive ongoing success. You will also be responsible for:
- Creating management reports and performance dashboards
- Monitoring long-term trends
- Identifying customer pain points and testing potential solutions across websites and where customers interact
Agile methodology certifications such as Agile Certified Practitioner, SAFe Agilist or Certified Product Owner, are essential.
Alongside your 7+ years of experience, you will possess expert level knowledge of digital analytics tools and techniques, allowing you to produce impactful, strategic reporting that influences key decisions.
