About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused team member to join our Customer Experience team in Thames, based in our brand-new, purpose-built office.
This is a fast-paced, phone-based role supporting customers with sales enquiries, order processing, and service support. While industry experience isn't required, you'll bring confidence on the phone, a solutions-focused mindset, and a genuine passion for helping customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Support stock control activities, including returns processing
- Maintain accurate records within the in NetSuite ERP system
- Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service environment, with a proven ability to deliver excellent customer outcomes
- A confident and professional phone manner, with strong verbal communication skills
- Competence using MS Office and confidence learning new systems (experience with NetSuite is advantageous)
- Strong organisation skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
- A calm, solutions-focused approach, with strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
- Monday to Friday hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm
