Office administrator part time

You’ll be working directly alongside our Office Manager and you will be the go-to for the daily essentials that keep our school running smoothly. This is a perfect role for someone who is early in their administrative career or looking for a meaningful part-time position in an inclusive, community-focused environment.

Hours are 9:30am - 2:00pm term time only.

A key part of your role will be maintaining records for our attendance and contacting families to follow up on attendance. You will support with logistics such as managing our lunch delivery, uniform sales and equipment for classrooms. You will help to keep our staff and shared office spaces clean, organised, and inviting and complete general office tasks, data entry, and assisting staff and students as needed.

The role's core responsibilities involve managing school logistics and providing general office support. A crucial aspect is maintaining accurate attendance records and following up with families regarding absences. You will facilitate the smooth running of the school by supporting with tasks, such as lunch delivery, uniform sales, and classroom equipment needs.

Additionally, you will contribute to a positive and organized environment by keeping staff and shared office areas tidy and welcoming. Other key duties include general office administration, data entry, and providing assistance to staff and students as required.

Who You Are
  • Familiar with google suite: You’re comfortable with Docs, Sheets, and Gmail and can navigate digital systems with ease.
  • Detail oriented: You take pride in getting the small things right, from accurate data entry to organised inventory.
