Business Administrator

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our dairy company and support daily business operations. This role is essential for ensuring smooth workflows across sales, logistics, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage invoicing and process sales orders accurately
  • Book freight and coordinate shipments with logistics partners
  • Create and follow up on purchase orders; reorder stock when levels are low
  • Receive and inspect inward goods, ensuring accurate stock records
  • Maintain administrative records, data entry, and general office duties
  • Support compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Opportunity to expand and grow the role with additional responsibilities over time
About You:
  • Previous experience in administration, ideally within dairy, FMCG, or related sectors
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks including order processing and stock management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory or ERP systems, ideally SAP
  • Effective communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
