About the role
  • Kōrero mō te tūranga The Business and Online Tool Analyst develops, maintains and manages the online business collateral for the Pacific and Development Group (PDG), the position also works closely with the Senior Business Improvement Adviser to assess user needs and implement business process and information changes as required.

The primary focus areas of the role are: working to continually improve key operational processes to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet business requirements designing, drafting, revising, and reviewing collateral and the framework to ensure it is of good quality, timely, accessible, and user-friendly.

The salary range is $78,043 to $105,587 with the midpoint $91,815 total remuneration, inclusive of our 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution.

We expect to appoint depending on your level of experience.

Please note: The Pacific Development Group is currently going through a change process and so the requirement of the role may change.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following: 1-3 years business analysis and web experience experience in business analysis methods, and techniques and documentation experience with system enhancement implementations experience with SharePoint 2013, HTML, and Adobe products knowledge of user-interface design and wire framing proven experience in problem analysis, engagement, and resolution skills a solid understanding of the International Development Cooperation Programme and Activity Management lifecycle would be advantageous understanding of The Treaty of Waitangi/Te Tiriti, Te Reo Māori and Māori customs and protocols would be beneficial.
