What will you be doing?- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with both new and existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Customer Solutions: Understand customer needs and deliver tailored, effective solutions.
- Operations: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate processing of shipments.
- Sales Growth: identify, and target new business opportunities to grow our customer base in the region.
- People Skills: You're an excellent communicator who builds strong internal and external relationships with ease.
- Time Management: You thrive under pressure, managing multiple tasks while staying organised and focused.
- Adaptability: You're quick to learn and excel in a dynamic, ever-changing industry.
- Experience in Air & Ocean is a bonus - but not essential for the right person
