Forklift Driver (OSH)

• About the Role: Tradestaff Rotorua is on the lookout for experienced Forklift Operators with in-date Reach licences or proven Reach Forklift experience to join our clients’ busy warehouse teams.

You’ll be working with leading Rotorua-based companies in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing — operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts, handling stock, and keeping warehouse operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for reliable and motivated operators to secure consistent, long-term work in a supportive environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Safe and efficient operation of Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
• Loading/unloading trucks and containers
• Pallet stacking and racking management
• Stock rotation, inventory checks, and order picking
• General warehouse duties to keep the site clean and organised
• Maintaining strict Health & Safety standards at all times
• What We’re Looking For:
• A current Reach Forklift Licence or recent Reach operating experience
• Confidence operating in narrow aisles and high-racking environments
• A solid work ethic and positive team attitude
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Physically fit – able to assist with manual handling when required
• Reliable transport to and from work
