About the Role We are looking for an experiencedreceptionist to join our team at the Kenepuru Accident & Medical Clinic ona casual basis. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting patients,maintaining accurate data records, invoicing patients, answering and directingincoming calls, managing administration tasks as required and orderingradiology referrals.
The role is casual and you would needto be able to work a combination of 7- and 8-hour shifts including weekends and night shifts within the roster.Casual hourly rate: $32.66'$37.07, depending onexperience.About theTeam/Service Location The Accident and MedicalClinic is a busy 24-hour Urgent Care Clinic situated at Kenepuru Hospital.
Weprovide care to those who require urgent medical treatment and are unable tosee their own GP. The team consists of Urgent Care Physicians and trainees,local GPs, receptionists, Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses. Thedepartment sees approximately 37,000 presentations per year from a wide rangeof ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
The Reception Team is a busy andfriendly team who provide a great front of house service to patients as well asproviding clerical and administrative support to the Clinic. About you The ideal applicant will: have proven office administration and receptionskills have a strong customer focushave excellent interpersonal skillsbe motivated, flexible andenthusiastic be a team player have the ability to work in a busyenvironment.
