With over 12 years of experience in hospitals in Thailand, and 5 years of experience in New Zealand, our professional therapists specialize in healing massage for physical wellbeing and pain relief.

• Traditional Thai massage/ Massage Therapist with minimum of 2 years of experience (Practice experience and knowledge) or
• Massage Therapist certificate or other qualification, such as Bachelor degree will be considered for the role
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to work on weekend and in the evening as this are our busiest times

• Pay rate of $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
• Minimum of not less than 30 hour per weeks

• Welcome clients to the spa and engage them in conversation to determine the services that they need/require
• Managing bookings and schedules for all customers/clients
• Work with our business owner to manage promotions and special deals
• Assess and interview clients to determine if any illnesses or medical conditions or skin characteristics that they may have which will deny them of the proper benefit of massage and/or beauty treatments
• Take notes regarding each client’s medical history and ensure that appropriate precautions are taken so that the condition is not aggravated
• Explain different types of available massages and beauty treatments and suggest appropriate treatments for individual clients
• Perform beauty treatment/massaging the soft issues of the body; muscles, tendons and ligaments to assist healing using a range of massage techniques
• Uphold the standards of hygiene and sterilisation as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures
• Explain massage and beauty procedures and provide information about products used during treatments
• Talk to clients (minimally) during the treatments to ensure their wellbeing during the procedure
• Assist and advise other staff of treatment and products (if required)
• Assist owner in opening and closing the shop (if required)
