Massage Therapist and Pilates Instructor

The ideal candidate will have solid manual technique, good client communication skills, and a positive attitude. They will be responsible for offering Pilates classes and a variety of massage treatments, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the smooth daily operation of the clinic.

This is a permanent, full-time position with guaranteed hours and competitive compensation.

• Massage the body's soft tissues to aid recovery, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation.
• Conduct client consultations to identify needs, injuries, or health conditions prior to treatment.
• Apply safe and appropriate massage techniques in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records and client databases.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and clinic facilities.
• Work collaboratively with other staff and follow management guidelines and company procedures.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the clinic.

• Bachelors degree, graduate certificate or graduate diploma and three years’ experience for this role and recognized certification or qualification in Massage Therapy and Pilates training course
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a physiotherapy clinic, or wellness clinic.
• Good knowledge of Pilates, anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and customer service focus.
• Positive, reliable, and cooperative attitude.
