About the RoleAs a successful Receptionist, you will be key in offering reception and administrative responsibilities to the team in a busy environment.
The successful applicant must be methodical in approach, highly organised, flexible, and desire to be a supportive team member. They must also have excellent customer service skills.Day to day you will welcome patients and visitors, answer the telephone and any inquiries, and liaise with the Medical Team.
You will manage the data capturing of patient flow and assist patients with completing required forms and documentation. You will facilitate a clean and calm reception area in a busy environment. About the ServiceInpatient Receptionists are committed to front desk operations in the wards, We are responsible for greeting, admitting, discharging, managing patient transfer and patient records.
