This is a casual position, working on an as requiredbasis to cover planned and unplanned leave across all areas of work includinginpatient wards, outpatient clinics and community visiting. The role will caterto clients requiring secondarycare services for a wide variety of conditions.You may also be called on toprovide the same type of cover from the Wairau site.About the Team/Service/ LocationOur team of 13 Dietitians service all parts of the communityacross Nelson and Wairau Hospitals, and the Richmond and Marlborough HealthHubs.
Our work is diverse andchallenging, but we have a great team and work hard to make a difference.For more information on living and working in Nelson click hereAbout youAs a Dietitian, you will:be a NZ Registered Dietitian with a current Annual Practising Certificate, have atleast two years of previous comprehensive hospital based clinical or generalistexperience,have experience in a variety of adult nutrition interventions and be comfortable providing ward based paediatric interventions and education,Be flexible to work the hours as required,The successful candidate must beeligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time ofapplying.
