Job Title: Receptionist
Job hours: Part-time 1 – 2 days per week with the possibility of getting more hours in the future.

One of our permanent receptionists are taking maternity leave for 6 months till October 2025, so we will need the successful applicant to fill that role temporarily (hours would be 2 - 4 days per week during this time).
Location: Luckens Road, West Harbour, Auckland
What are we looking for in an applicant:- Has reception or similar experience (preferably in a Medical practice)
- Strong communication an organization skills and time management
- Computer literate, competent keyboard skills
- Indici (Practice software) experience is a bonus, otherwise training will be provided
- Resilient and able to work under pressure
- Warm, welcoming, flexible and approachable
- Positive and enthusiastic
- Professional, helpful & committed to ongoing education
- Personal integrity and awareness
- Can embrace change if required
- Respectful and diplomatic
- Promotes bicultural values and cultural diversity
- Basic understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi
Remuneration will be based on the current market and your experience
