Join Our Team as an Out-of-School Care Assistant Manager in Milldale!

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our out-of-school care programme in Milldale. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive team, make a positive impact on children's lives, and enjoy a fun and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Children: Supervise and interact with children, ensuring they are safe and having fun.
- Assist with Activities: Help plan and implement a variety of activities that are both educational and enjoyable.
- Support Daily Operations: Assist in the daily running of the programme, including setting up and packing away equipment.
- Communicate with Families: Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers, providing feedback and addressing any concerns.
- Promote Safety: Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe manner and adhere to the programme’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working with children is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- The ability to return a clean police check is mandatory.
Shift Hours:
- Hours: Shifts are between 7am and 8:30am and 2:30 PM
- 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, during term time and rostered full-time hours in the school holidays.
- Friday and have availability for longer hours during the school holidays.
