Assistant Manager
The Farmer's Daughter is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our growing team.

To be considered for the role, you must have:
a minimum of 3 years experience in a restaurant or hospitality environmenthold a current LCQ (License Controller Qualification)
hold or actively working towards a Manager’s Certificate
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
committed to delivering exceptional customer service
a minimum of one year of experience in a production venue, where the restaurant produce is grown on site
NZ driving licence
Your role will include:
supporting the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operationssupervising and mentoring front-of-house staff
ensuring compliance with licensing laws and food safety standards
assisting with rostering, stock control, and ordering
maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness
You must have clean criminal and drug checks and be committed to working rostered shifts, Monday through Sunday. This is a full-time permanent role, with a minimum of 35 and a maximum of 45 hours per week at $28 hour rate. Candidates must be situated in the region, or willing to move, for this role.
