About the Team/Service/ Location
We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team in Theatre Services. The successful applicants will be required to work rostered/rotating shifts with an on-call component

About you
This role requires high level communication abilities to effectively liaise at all levels. Demonstrating a confident, positive, resilient and supportive, manner, the successful candidate will enjoy working in a very precise, structured, challenging and planned environment and will ideally possess the following skills and abilities:
- Relevant and current New Zealand health qualifications including an Annual Practicing Certificate, with the desire and commitment to continue a professional development programme.
- Previous inside and outside theatre experience ideally, or a minimum of two years post-graduate knowledge in either General or Orthopaedic wards
- Experience working independently and interdependently, assuming accountability and responsibility for your actions, making critical decisions in challenging and complex situations
- Sound organisational abilities to prioritise, delegate and meet required timelines
- Basic computer literacy

As a Registered Nurse
Primarily this role provides patient centred care, ensuring safe care is delivered in collaboration with patients and Whanau and a multidisciplinary specialist, team to ensure successful outcomes.
