CNC Programmer

We're currently looking for an experienced CNC Programmer** to join our team and support our clients with precision machining and production work.
As a CNC Programmer you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components in accordance with engineering specifications and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:**- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
- Create CNC programs using appropriate software
- Set up CNC machines and select appropriate tools for machining
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure quality output
- Conduct quality checks and measurements of finished parts
- Troubleshoot issues and make modifications to improve efficiency or quality
- Maintain machines and tools, ensuring they operate safely and effectively
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines and standards
- Not afraid to get your hands dirt and Supporting machinists with general workshop duties
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of machining techniques and CNC programming software
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control standards
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Must have a valid visa or New Zealand residency**
