Toolmaker - Injection moulding
NTD have a position available for an experienced injection moulding toolmaker at our Napier site.
This is a great opportunity to join a small team designing and building complex injection mould tooling, using SolidWorks, Moldflow, CamWorks, CNC and spark erosion.
NTD are a NZ owned company who design products, design and make mould tooling and injection mould a wide range of products for many industries. We have a modern well equipped factory with 14 injection machines from 50 Ton to 380 Ton with an in house toolmaking and engineering section.www.ntd.co.nz
Skills and experience needed for this position:
- A trade certificate in toolmaking or precision engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience making injection mould tooling including:
- CNC machining.
- Spark erosion.
- Fitting and blanking of complex tools.
- Modification and repairs of tooling.
- CNC programming experience would be an advantage.
- You must be currently in New Zealand and be eligible to live and work in NZ.
