We are seeking an experienced and motivated Home Appliance Technician / Mobile Phone Technician to join our team in Auckland. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in mobile phone repair and be committed to delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair Samsung and other consumer electronic products including (but not limited to) home appliances and hand held devices.
- Adhere to Team Leader and Management guidelines and instructions to ensure premium service level is provided to customers and clients.
- Maintain a safe working environment with cleanliness in work area.
- Order spare parts promptly and manage stock in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Send daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports to superiors when required.
- Maintain safe work practices and follow company protocols.
- Wear appropriate company uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers and teammates.
- Endeavour to complete all repairs on the same day the parts have been handed.
- Support the team in achieving technical and service KPIs.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills in electronics and appliances.
- A team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
