Mobile Phone Technician and Sales
Key Job Responsibilities:
Diagnosing and Repairing Mobile Devices: Inspect, test, and diagnose faults in mobile phones, tablets, and other electronic communication devices.
Repair or replace faulty parts, including screens, batteries, circuit boards, charging ports, and other internal components.
Conducting Component-Level Repairs: Perform soldering and micro-soldering to repair internal circuit board components.
Replace and reprogram chips, sensors, and other key electronic parts.
Software Installation and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software-related issues, including system crashes, boot failures, and firmware errors.
Install, update, and configure operating systems and applications.
Testing and Quality Control: Conduct thorough post-repair testing to ensure functionality and compliance with manufacturer standards.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess performance and detect potential failures.
Technical Support and Customer Service: Communicate repair assessments, costs, and estimated completion times to customers.
Provide expert advice on device maintenance, troubleshooting, and best practices to prevent future issues.
Inventory and Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of repair work, components used, and service reports.
Track inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability of essential repair components.
Compliance with Safety and Industry Standards: Adhere to electronic repair safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Ensure compliance with data protection laws while handling customer devices.
Continuous Learning and Skill Development: Stay updated with the latest developments in mobile technology, repair techniques, and industry best practices.
Participate in relevant training and certification programs to enhance technical expertise.
