Dispatch/Warehouse Crew Member (Hamilton) - Hamilton
This is an opportunity to join the engine room of one of New Zealand's leading bicycle suppliers as a Dispatch/Warehouse Crew Member. We're looking for an organised, proactive, and 'all-in' team player who is as passionate about speed and accuracy as they are about the cycling industry.
As our Dispatch/Warehouse Crew Member, you will be the backbone of our inventory flow, ensuring every product from small parts to full bikes arrives and leaves on time and in perfect order. Your role is all about operational excellence, smooth logistics, and being an accountable, valued member of the crew.
You'll take charge of everything from top to bottom:
Own Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate and complete daily dispatch, targeting all orders placed before 4 pm to be sent out the same day. Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and manage inbound stock.
Manage Stock Flow: Process all inventory, including receiving, labelling, transfers, returns, and customer orders with high accuracy. Assist with regular stocktakes and devanning containers.
Support the Group: Dive in to assist with bike building and quality checks, ensuring products are ready for the customer.
Maintain Systems & Compliance: Become a subject matter expert on our internal systems (e.g., ESTOCK) and critical biosecurity laws and regulations for handling international goods.
Be Part of the Crew: Help maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment, jumping in with local deliveries or any other duties to support the team.

Proactive Communicator: You can clearly communicate with the Sales and Brand Leader, logistics partners, and the wider team.
Technical Aptitude: A willingness to learn and master various logistics and inventory systems quickly.
Industry Passion: An interest in the cycling industry is a major plus!
