About the Head Chef role:We are seeking a passionate and talented Chef to run the kitchen. The Chef will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week guaranteed, on 6 days week
Role Requirement:Menu Planning and Development:
Creating and updating menus, designing new dishes, and ensuring they align with the establishment's standards and target audience.
Food Preparation and Quality Control:
Supervising the preparation of all food items, ensuring they meet quality standards, and approving dishes before they are served.
Staff Management and Training:
Overseeing and managing kitchen staff, delegating tasks, training new employees, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Cost Management:
Managing food and labor costs, controlling inventory, and liaising with suppliers to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Hygiene and Safety:
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and implementing food safety procedures.
Operational Management: Managing kitchen operations, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring smooth and efficient service.Essential Skills and Experience:
Culinary Expertise: Strong cooking skills, menu planning, and knowledge of various cuisines.
Leadership and Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts.
Cost Control and Budgeting: Understanding of food and labor costs, inventory management, and budgeting principles.
Food Safety and Hygiene: Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and safe food handling practices.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, suppliers, and other departments.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to develop new and exciting dishes, staying up-to-date with culinary trends.
Number of Position Available :- 1Employment type := Permanent Full time ( Minimum 30 hours per week)
Hourly Rate :- $25.00 per hour to $35.00 Per hour
Experience :- Minimum 2 year of Commercial Kitchen Experience

Estimating costs and ordering food supplies
Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages
Designing special items for any functions held.
