We are looking for a highly organized, people focused administrator to join our team.
We are a privately owned business of 20 years. We are not just a tyre shop we also do mechanical repairs/servicing, wof's as well as Fleet service.
In this role you are based in the front office as the first point of contact for all our customers. This is a customer serviced focused position that requires a friendly, professional and proactive approach. You will need to effectivity prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure ensure a smooth day to day operations.
Experience in a workshop environment would be great.
Key responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for customers
- Taking bookings for 5 different technicians and manage their dairies
- Handling phone enquires and bookings with a pleasant and professional manner
- Invoicing all jobs, this requires great accuracy
- Ordering of all stationary
- Sending our daily reminders to customers of bookings
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Manage office operations and supplies
- Strong communication and people skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail - orientated with a high degree of accuracy
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs and challenges
- Ability to work independently in your role and closely with the team
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
