Temporary Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to step into a busy, professional environment for a 1-month temporary assignment, covering leave. This role starts 30^th April and runs through until 30^th May.

Role Details:

• Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm (1-hour lunch break)
• $28.00 per hour
• Wellington CBD location

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet clients and visitors
• Manage room bookings and prepare meeting/event spaces
• Arrange and set up catering for meetings
• Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

About You:

• Proven Corporate Reception experience is essential
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Technically confident and quick to pick up new systems
• Highly organised, efficient, and able to work autonomously
• A team player with great time management and problem-solving skills.
