Temporary Corporate Receptionist
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to step into a busy, professional environment for a 1-month temporary assignment, covering leave. This role starts 30^th April and runs through until 30^th May.
Role Details:
- Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm (1-hour lunch break)
- $28.00 per hour
- Wellington CBD location
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Manage room bookings and prepare meeting/event spaces
- Arrange and set up catering for meetings
- Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
About You:
- Proven Corporate Reception experience is essential
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Technically confident and quick to pick up new systems
- Highly organised, efficient, and able to work autonomously
- A team player with great time management and problem-solving skills.
