Strong customer service skills are essential.In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include welcoming patients and visitors, answering incoming calls and responding to enquiries, and liaising closely with the medical team. You will be responsible for accurately capturing patient flow data, assisting patients with completing required forms and documentation, and maintaining a clean, calm, and welcoming reception area at all times.

This role includes maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring the reception area operates smoothly and efficiently. By providing essential administrative support to healthcare staff, the Inpatient Receptionist contributes to our commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care for patients and their whānau.
