We’re seeking a Sales Representative who’s not just great at closing deals—but who builds trust, understands tech, and moves seamlessly between community engagement and digital systems.

Full-time | Flexible hours | Vehicle provided

• Conduct in-home assessments – providing recommended solutions onsite
• Engage with homeowners, builders, commercial landlords to promote healthy homes solutions
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and report outcomes
• Collaborate with project managers and installers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Represent our brand at events, expos, and stakeholder meetings

• Proven sales experience (2+ years preferred), ideally in housing, energy, or tech sectors
• Strong digital literacy—comfortable with CRM platforms, mobile apps, and online reporting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a values-driven team
• A full driver’s license and willingness to travel
