Reporting to the Catering Manager and working directly under the Head Chef, the successful applicants will have the following skills and experience:
- You are a focused and powerful team player
- Have a real PASSION for food
- A get stuff done, enthusiastic attitude is essential
- Outstanding time and staff management
- Creative and open minded
- Exceptional technical cooking skills
- A minimum of 4 years in a similar role
- A real desire to further your career

The successful candidate will be required to work approximately 40 hours per week, working to a seven day rotating roster. Pay rate is dependent on experience.
You must be eligible to work in New Zealand and pass New Zealand Police vetting.
