Job Description:
As part of the Ariana Tech consultancy team, the role involves developing and integrating high-quality digital content and technical solutions tailored to client needs. This includes creating and managing computer-based animations, audio/visual content, and graphic elements for use in diverse digital platforms such as websites, mobile applications, e-commerce interfaces, interactive presentations, and educational tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manipulate computer-based animation, graphics, video, and audio content.
- Integrate multimedia elements into customized client solutions across platforms like websites, kiosks, mobile interfaces, and e-learning products.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and transform them into functional digital experiences.
- Advise clients on software, hardware, and system design to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency.
- Assist in building content management systems and secure digital environments for e-commerce and e-security applications.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize multimedia applications to ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimal performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in multimedia design, digital consultancy, and content delivery.
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and engage with audiences.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy (SEO/SEM).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
- Run email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
- Manage and grow online presence through organic and paid strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other internal teams
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage budgets for ad campaigns and ensure maximum ROI.
- Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven 2 year’s experience in digital content creation or IT consultancy or a Bachelors degree or above in the relevant field
- Proficiency with multimedia software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript), animation, and video editing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital security principles and e-commerce frameworks is a plus.
- Experience in client-facing roles or technical consultancy.
