Office Administrator

We are on the lookout for an Office administrator to join our transport, storage and distribution business.

This is not your average desk job, we need someone who can juggle admin tasks across transport, accounts, dispatch and warehousing support like a pro. Think of it as the ultimate admin all- rounder role. If you are a natural multitasker with a sharp eye for detail along with a great sense of humour, then you will fit right in.

Don’t panic though, we don’t expect this all on day one!

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Supporting transport operations
  2. Assisting with accounts – invoicing, data entry, and general finance admin
  3. Helping coordinate dispatch and warehouse administration
  4. Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Strong attention to detail – typos and misfiled paperwork don’t stand a chance with you
  2. Great communication skills – written, verbal, and everything in between
  3. Confidence with computers – we use various systems, and you'll pick them up quickly
  4. A team player who thrives in an open-plan office with a bit of banter
  5. Ability to prioritise, stay organised, and keep calm when things get busy

Experience in transport and/or warehousing would be an advantage but not essential as we will train the right person!
