Clinical Records (Release of Information) Administrator North Shore HospitalPermanent, full time role Monday to FridayHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the RoleAs a Clinical Records Release of Information Administrator, you will be play a vital role in contributing to the successful operation of our Clinical Records Service, responsible for completing the release of patient information in addition to a range of Clinical Records tasks within an expected time frame.Click here to view the position description.About UsThe Clinical Records Service at North Shore Hospital is a busy and constantly changing hybrid Clinical Record environment, responsible for processing all electronic and paper-based patient information for patients in the Waitematā District.About youTo be successful in this role, you will:Have a high level of discretion, ensuring confidentiality of all patient informationThe ability to work effectively both independently and within a teamHave a high level of computer based expertise to download, save and combine paper scanned and electronic filesBe comfortable standing, moving, and lifting throughout the day a good level of physical fitness is requiredHave exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your day-to-day workloadHave a professional approach with excellent communication, time management, and problem solving skillsHaving previous clerical experience working in a Clinical Records environment would be highly advantageous, but training will be provided to the successful applicant.In return, we can offer you a supportive environment and a great team to work with.
