This is a diverse and rewarding role where you will provide operational, clinical, and people leadership to support high-quality, client-centred care within the community.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide line management and day-to-day leadership of the Allied Health teamDeliver operational oversight to ensure effective, efficient, and equitable service deliveryOffer clinical leadership to support staff development and excellence in practicePromote interdisciplinary models of care and a strong reablement focusSupport service development and continuous quality improvement initiativesFoster a positive team culture with open communication and collaborationAbout YouYou are a confident and capable leader with a strong clinical background and a passion for community-based care.
