Forde Brothers is one of the largest house moving operations in New Zealand, moving hundreds of homes each year across the North Island. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a top-tier Senior Team Leader to step in and run jobs.We have a huge amount of forward work and need experienced operators.
This role will suit someone already in the industry who wants better pay, more responsibility, and a step up.
This is not an entry-level role — you must have real house moving experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Running house moving jobs from start to finishLeading and managing a crew on-site
Towing relocatable houses (Class 5 required)
Making real-time decisions on-site to keep jobs moving
Ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience towing houses – essentialFull Class 5 licence
Strong leadership – able to take control and lead a team
Confident, practical, and solution-focused
Someone who takes pride in getting the job done right
