We're looking for a **skilled Industrial Electrician** with experience in **mechanical, HVAC, or commercial electrical systems**.
This is a **hands-on, site-based role** where no two days are the same. You'll be working across a range of environments, supporting installation, maintenance, and fault-finding on **complex electrical and mechanical systems**.
**Key responsibilities:**- Installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and commercial electrical systems
- Working alongside mechanical plant and HVAC systems
- Fault-finding and troubleshooting to minimise downtime
- Supporting works across civil and infrastructure environments where required
- Ensuring all work meets NZ safety and compliance standards
- Collaborating with other trades and teams on-site
**Nga Pukenga Motuhake | Important Skills**
We're looking for someone with strong, practical experience in **industrial and/or commercial electrical environments**, along with:
- Current **NZ EWRB practising licence**
- Proven experience in **industrial, mechanical, or commercial electrical work**
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- Experience with **plant equipment, HVAC, or automated systems** (advantageous)
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Full Class 1 driver's licence
- Willingness to be part of an **on-call roster** and occasional travel
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Confidence using basic computer systems for job recording
