ADMINISTRATOR – Driver Licensing & Community Programmes (Silver Fern Motorsport Charitable Trust)

Silver Fern Motorsport Charitable Trust is seeking an organised, proactive and energetic community-minded Administrator to support the delivery of our driver licensing and road safety programmes across West Auckland, Franklin and North Waikato.
Established in 2010, our Trust delivers free and subsidised driver licensing programmes that support young people and vulnerable adults to gain their learner, restricted and full driver licences while improving road safety outcomes within the community.
This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting multiple programmes and contracts across the organisation.
About the Role
Based from our West Auckland office in Avondale, this role supports programme delivery across West Auckland, South Auckland, Franklin and North Waikato.
The role combines administration, programme coordination, client engagement, reporting support, communications and operational logistics.
You will work closely with our Programme Manager, Programme Coordinator, Community Road Safety Educator and Trainers/Instructors to ensure programmes run smoothly and participants are well supported throughout their licensing journey.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing incoming referrals and participant bookings
- Coordinating learner licence programme administration and team support
- Managing client databases and outcomes compliance
- Supporting programme scheduling and venue coordination
- Preparing learner licence files and documentation
- Coordinating learner licence test bookings
- Monitoring programme compliance and audits
- Supporting reporting and outcomes tracking
- Managing website updates and social media content
- Creating promotional and road safety content
- Supporting vehicle compliance systems and operational administration
About You
We are looking for someone who:- Has strong administration and organisational skills
- Is highly accurate and detail focused
- Can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Has strong communication and people skills
- Is confident using Microsoft 365 systems
- Has experience with databases, reporting or records management
- Is proactive, reliable and solutions focused
- Has confidence creating social media or promotional content
- Enjoys working within a community-focused organisation
Experience working with youth, vulnerable adults or community services would be an advantage.

HoursMonday
- Thursday: 8:30am
- 4pm, Friday: 8:30am
- 5pm (to accommodate end of day weekly team meetings)
Total of 36 hours per week
Available From: 29 June 2026
