Tipper Truck & Trailer Driver

Due to continued growth, we are looking for two dependable and experienced Tipper Truck & Trailer Drivers to join our team.

Job Details:

Relevant Experience: Minimum one year

Working hours will be between Monday and Sunday, with an early morning start, and with availability for night shifts

Job Description:

• A suitable Tipper Truck & Trailer driver is expected to be physically fit and have a driver's license (class 4 or 5)
• We expect you to have a clean driving record, as you will be performing a very important role.
• Transport goods to different sites.
• Maintain records of deliveries made.
• You will be driving in and out of Auckland.
• Heavy lifting, loading, and securing heavy loads may be required; you must be fit, without any history of back injury, punctual, and responsible, as you are required to meet delivery targets. As a Truck & Trailer Driver, you are expected to start early and finish late.
• You are expected to be drug-free and have no drink-driving records.
• The ability to take instruction, but also be able to work independently and unsupervised at times, be motivated, and reliable
• The ability to consistently and safely work to strict timelines and deadlines, and provide great customer service, and be professional at all times
• Have a high level of awareness and commitment to keeping yourself and others safe
• Dangerous goods and a Fork hoist license would be an advantage
• The role involves the accurate completion of paperwork and logbooks, vehicle and equipment inspections, and the collection and undamaged delivery. So you will need to display good attention to detail and a high level of care.
• Follow all road safety and company compliance procedures
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
