Site Supervisor - Civil | Lead with Mana
We’re looking for a Site Supervisor who can lead with mana and deliver civil projects to a high standard. If you have experience in drainage, roading, earthworks, retaining, piling, or civil services — and you’re ready to take charge of your sites — this is your opportunity.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll run day-to-day operations, support your crews, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, provide real-time updates from the ground, and ensure work is delivered to spec, on time, and with pride.

What You’ll Be Doing- Leading crews and subcontractors to deliver high-quality civil works
- Managing drainage, earthworks, utilities, pavement, and general civil activities
- Maintaining efficient workflow, productivity, and a strong standard of workmanship to support programme delivery
- Coordinating labour, plant, materials, subcontractors, suppliers, and daily workflow
- Identifying issues early and solving problems before they impact progress
- Reading and interpreting plans, RLs, and technical civil drawings
- Driving a strong HSEQ culture on site, ensuring SSSP implementation, safe work practices, and environmental compliance
- 5+ years’ civil construction experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of drainage, earthworks, and civil construction methods
- Ability to interpret plans, levels, and technical drawings
- Experience with set-out and level checking (advantageous)
- Understanding of gravity and pressure systems
- Firm but fair leadership style — able to motivate diverse crews
- Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset
- Full Class 1 licence (Class 2, WTR, STMS, First Aid, Site Safe/Construct Safe a bonus)
