About the Role:

This is not your average admin job. We're looking for someone who will make this role their own-someone who thrives on responsibility, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to hold the team accountable. You'll be the go-to person for all things admin, accounts, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all administrative functions
Handle accounts and invoicing with precision
Support project management and scheduling
Liaise confidently with builders, clients, and suppliers
Manage email correspondence and documentation

Maintain and improve internal systems and processes

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in office management (construction industry a bonus!)
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent communication-both written and verbal

Tech-savvy: confident with Excel, email platforms, and quick to learn new systems

Flexible with working hours and adaptable to changing priorities

A self-starter who takes ownership and delivers results
