This role offers a unique opportunity to work 24 hours per week with flexible availability from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 to 20:00.You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Community Health Team by providing efficient administrative support.
Your work will enable clinical staff to focus on delivering exceptional care by managing service delivery processes promptly and prioritising key tasks.This role involves close collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, hospital staff, and the extended primary care network to ensure holistic and effective care for patients, families, and whānau.About YouYou are a proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and is ready to face daily challenges head-on.

To excel in this role, you will have:Proven administration experience within a healthcare setting highly organised, efficient, and able to work effectively under pressureExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPointExperience with iPMS, Clinical Portal, Fleetwise and FPIM is highly desirable, enabling you to quickly adapt to our systemsStrong keyboarding skills and familiarity with Microsoft OutlookWorking at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
