Kiwi Testing Services, a proudly owned local company with over 20 years of trusted service, is seeking a motivated Entry Level Service Technician to represent Kiwi Testing Services on-sites across Auckland.
This is a unique opportunity to learn technical expertise with relationship building in a role that offers development and potentially as a future owner.- About the Role
This role requires the applicant to be organised, mechanically minded and requires a good level of fitness and strength. Ideal applicant must be within half an hour's drive from the Howick area, due to both training and liaising daily with the owner from base.
Due to the nature of this work applicants having a height of over 1.8m need not apply as this role will not be suitable.
Your role will cover:- Testing, inspection, repairing, and certifying lifting/safety equipment at client sites
- Promoting our mobile service program to expand our reach
- Managing customer scheduling and equipment registers
- Ensuring compliance and upholding safety standards
- What You Bring
- Mechanically inclined is advantageous.
- Organised, self-motivated, and efficient working independently
- Strong customer service skills with a warm, professional approach
- Physically fit and injury-free for a hands-on physically demanding role
- Bonus: Familiarity with lifting/safety gear (but don’t worry, training is provided)
- Valid NZ Driver’s Licence (essential)
