Casual Event Security

Reporting to the NDS operations supervisory team and working closely with our event partners you will be ensuring safe and efficient experience for participants of various events.
This is a casual role suitable for someone looking for a side hustle with flexibility and control.
Quick note: We are not currently accepting applications for full time security officers.

O Takohanga | Your Responsibilities:As an Event Security Guard with NDS, you will: Coordinate and manage security for various events in Whangarei and Te Tai Tokerau.
Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.Be a vital part of the Northland community's favorite moments.

- Strong observational skill with ability to make sound well-reasoned decisions quickly.
- Physical ability to patrol sites and remain standing for extended periods.
- Professionalism, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
- Confidence and self-awareness balanced with ability to take direction.
