About the Role
Join our team as an Office Administration person in a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, order processing, and practical warehouse support. You’ll help customers at the counter, assist with stock and admin tasks, and be comfortable with physical lifting in a busy warehouse environment.Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm, 40–45 hours per week.
What you’ll do:
- Process customer orders accurately
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Support front counter and showroom customers
- Assist with inward goods and product labelling
- Monitor stock and help keep work areas organised
- Support delivery, collection, and general customer enquiries
- Maintain accurate records and complete general admin tasks
- Experience in manufacturing, building supplies, trades, or warehousing (preferred)
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role preferred
- Accurate order processing and general data entry skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Physically capable of lifting and handling products when required
- Organisation skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
