Texas Chicken is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Westgate restaurant.
This internationally known brand was founded more than 60 years ago and today is well established in over 26 other countries around the world.
We are looking for an outstanding Restaurant Manager to join our team in Westgate. This is an amazing opportunity to start with us as we build the Texas Chicken brand and join us on our mission to the bring the best chicken and buns in the world!
This role is not for the faint hearted. You will be energetic, results driven and a motivational leader to your team.
We are looking for the following:Reliable transportation; Management Training and Experience in Stock Control, Labour Control and a deep understanding of operational excellence within the QSR sector; Minimum of 1 year management experience; and
QSR management experience in a high volume situation.
Applicants will be experienced in:Encouraging and inspiring your team to achieve new levels of success; Managing your team to high performance through training and development; Impacting overall performance of the restaurant KPI's ie. food and labour costs; Outstanding customer service while inspiring you team to have the same passion.
