The Renal Unit is a standalone state of the art specialist renal facility that was purpose built and opened in 2021.For more information on living and working in Taranaki click hereAbout youAs the Clinical Nurse Manager of the Renal Unit, we are looking for someone with the following skills and attributes.To be successful it is important that you have:New Zealand Nursing Council Registration and a current Annual Practicing CertificateRelevant Post Graduate qualification, Post Graduate Diploma desiredMinimum five years experience post registration in a clinical position, with a minimum of two years recent renal experience preferredQuality Improvement knowledgeAbility to lead projectsKnowledge of the implications of Treaty of Waitangi with a commitment to biculturalismAbility to work in a complex changing environment and able to juggle multiple competing prioritiesAbility to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary teamPDRP Senior nurse preferred Working at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
