Marketing Manager - Part Time
This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal role at the heart of our business — helping deliver high-impact campaigns that connect with everyday Kiwis and deliver business outcomes.
You’ll join a small but capable team and take the lead in our marketing function. You’ll guide our weekly promotional and seasonal campaigns, in-store marketing activity, creative development and approvals, and media liaison. You’ll be trusted to manage the marketing function day-to-day while working closely with external partners, cross-functional business units, and our store teams.
This is a part-time permanent role based in Christchurch, with flexibility on working hours and location. Remuneration will be based on experience and agreed hours.
What You’ll Do- Own the planning, briefing, and delivery of promotions and campaigns
- Manage promotional calendars, creative development and approvals, and media bookings
- Lead and support our in-house marketing and creative team
- Coordinate in-store marketing activity in partnership with retail operations
- 5+ years' experience in senior marketing roles (strong retail, FMCG or tactical experience preferred)
- Demonstrated experience translating commercial goals into actionable marketing plans
- Understanding of retail and promotional compliance obligations and regulations
- Strong campaign management and creative production experience
- Flexible working with immediate start: 20–30 hours per week, worked across Monday-Friday
