Curtain Side Technician - Christchurch

We are looking for a Curtain Side Technician to join a heavy transport engineering company within Christchurch.

The company is willing to train the right person, having experience in curtain side repairs is not a must but would be beneficial!

Key Tasks:

• Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on curtain side trucks
• Replace and repair damaged components and parts
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
• Potential on call work

Skill & attributes:

• Proven experience in repairing curtain side trucks or similar vehicles is beneficial
• Strong mechanical and technical skills
• Knowledge of curtain side systems, including fabrics, tracks, and hardware
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
