Office Administrator

Seeking a part-time Office Administrator (20 hrs per week) to join the team at Citi Heat & Cool Limited in Richmond. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office and support the broader team.

What you'll be doing

Answering and directing incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency

Managing and prioritising electronic and physical correspondence

Providing general administrative support to the team as required

Assisting with the coordination of Job Scheduling for field staff.

Data Entry and invoicing

What we're looking for

Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative support role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Xero.

Experience with Job management software such as Fergus or Simpro full training will be given

A detail-oriented and proactive approach to work

Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities

Confident and capable of working independently to support our small team
