Two opportunities available, permanent and fixed term positionsAbout the roleThis role is more than recruitment, it is focused on supporting junior doctors (RMOs) through their journey to become Senior Medical Officers.You will be a part of a team recruiting junior doctors and ensuring they are placed into rotations to meet their training requirements on behalf of the three Auckland region districts.

A typical junior doctors training journey is a minimum of 7 years post- so their on-going career development training and employment, forms a big part of the role.A bit about you· You will have a keen interest or prior experience working in the Health Sector or experience in operational HR.· You will have strong organisation skills which will enable you to work in a fast-paced environment· You will enjoy working as part of a team, have great communication skills and be excited at the prospect of working with multiple stakeholders.· You will need to be solutions focused and able to analyse issues
