Momo Nepal is seeking a full-time Cook to support our kitchen operations in Wellington. This role involves preparing and cooking food according to established recipes, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, and ensuring consistent food quality across our food court and food trailer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present food according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist in food preparation including cutting, marinating, cooking, and portioning
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas
• Follow food safety and health & safety requirements
• Support daily kitchen operations
• Assist with stock preparation and ingredient handling
• Work effectively within a explain team environment
