Malaysian Cuisine / Roti Canai Chef

Uncle Man Southpoint is looking for a full-time Roti Canai Chef and Malaysian Cuisine Chef.

• Have the knowledge of dough preparation to final cooking process (including swinging and folding the dough prior to cooking) .
• Two years experience cooking in a busy restaurant.
• Maintaining high-quality food preparations and presentations.
• Ordering and receiving stocks and maintaining stock rotations.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

• Have knowledge and experience cooking Malaysian cuisine.
• Experience in handling wok.
• Understanding of ingredients and be familiar with spices used in Malaysian dishes.
• Two years of relevant experience cooking in busy environment.
• Have diploma in cookery will be advantage however if minimum work experience met will be adequate.
• Maintaining high-quality food preparations and presentations.
• Ordering and receiving stocks and maintaining stock rotations.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

• Pay rate $33.56 per hour.
• Minimum work of 35 hours per week.
• Flexible roster.
• Positive working environment in a busy restaurant.
