In this role, you use your excellent Social Work skills to work with our whaiora and whanau alongside your Social Work colleagues and in collaboration with your Clinical Team Leader and the multi-disciplinary team. You will meaningfully contribute to the delivery of high-quality, recovery-focused care.This position also involves strong partnerships with external stakeholders, requiring clear communication, collaboration, and a team-focused approach to supporting whaiora outcomes.About the Team/Service/ LocationBuchanan Rehabilitation Centre is a nationally recognised leader in recovery-focused inpatient rehabilitation for people living with severe mental illness.
